Youth Environmental Leadership Camp
Experience a trip to the Boundary Waters focused on leadership, embracing joy in community with others, and building an awareness of environmental systems. During the trip, youth will canoe, hike, fish, and camp while building camaraderie with others.
The camping trip centers BIPOC youth in the Greater Twin Cities Area (Minneapolis – St. Paul). We provide attendees with a tent, a sleeping bag, and fishing gear so they can continue exploring the outdoors.
The trip is brought to life by working with partners in the Great Lakes region like theMississippi Watershed Management Organization, The Urban Bird Collective, and The Bus for Outdoor Access & Teaching to create a holistic, immersive learning experience.
The trip is made possible through the Liberated Pathways Grant from Justice Outside.
